Please note under NZ's current Alert Level 4 status for the Covid 19 pandemic, we do not qualify as an 'essential service' so cannot make delivery until the alert level is downgraded. Thanks for your interest in The Stick and your understanding! 

For best results when using The Stick keep muscles relaxed during rollout. It is not necessary to hurt the muscle in order to help it! Pressure on the muscle by the Stick can be varied by moving the hands closer together and is at your own discretion dependent on how your muscle feels. These illustrations plus other tips for use are supplied with your Stick.
